We have been certified by the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) as a property management firm qualified to perform RTC work. FOURMIDABLE is an approved management firm by HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) and MSHDA (Michigan State Housing Development Authority). FOURMIDABLE was designated as one of the top seven Michigan-based property management companies by Crain's Detroit Business.
